   El espacio tiene tres características/  
   The space has three characteristics:

1.  Es ilimitado / It´s unlimited
2. Ocupa un espacio determinado que se llama volumen / It occupies a cartain space called volumne
3. Tiene tres dimensiones / It has three dimensions. 

• Altura / Height
• Anchura / Width
• Profundidad / Depth

ELEMENTOS QUE DEFINEN LAS FORMAS  / ELEMENTS THAT DEFINE FORMS

   Los elementos constructivos que definen las formas tridimensionales son :
   Cosntructive  elements that define trisimensional forms are:

1. Superficies (planas o curvas)
2. Aristas
3. Caras
4. Vértices

1. Surfaces (flat or curved)  
2. Edges  
3. Faces

INTRODUCCIÓN /INTRODUCTION

Los proyectos escultóricos de Christo and Jeanne-Claude son intervenciones efímeras muy espectaculares en espacios urbanos o naturales basadas, principalmente en el empaquetaje temporal de edificios, monumentos o elementos naturales como árboles, paisajes, o incluso, islas enteras. Con esta estética tan sorprendente consiguen cambiar la percepción que tenemos de la realidad, ya que muestran las formas reducidas a su estereotipo. Así, escondiendo sus cualidades de color y textura, crean un sugerente juego perceptivo entre lo que se ve y lo que se conoce de la forma empaquetada.
